Shipping and Returns

Domestic Shipping Policy

Currently we do not accept online orders outside of the United States and Canada.

Contiguous US: Allow 5-10 business days. Shipping is $5.00 on all orders under $99.99. Orders at or over $100.00 receive free shipping. We use Fedex as our primary shipping carrier. All orders will have tracking numbers supplied to you with your order confirmation so you can track the location of your order through the shipping process.

Declaration of value and contents: Please note that we declare the full value (minus the shipping charge) of your order on the shipping label or documents. Also, we label the contents as “Nutritional Supplements for Personal Use”.

Your total order costs must be less than $1,600 in order to be considered for personal use.

Multiple shipments: You may receive your shipment in multiple deliveries. This can occur when items are shipped from two separate facilities or when an item is not shipped on certain days. For example, a probiotic will not ship on a Friday, so probiotics as part of a Friday shipment will go out the following Monday. Call or email if you have questions about your full order.

NOTE: Delivery times are estimated and may vary.

Business days include weekdays Monday – Friday.

As we sell many items, some might be out of stock from time to time. We cannot control availability from the Manufacturers as they might be out of stock or have the item in production.

Tracking your order

Login into your American Alliance for Preventive Care account to check order status. Orders will be updated with tracking number once order has processed.

Returns

We have a 100% track record of correctly shipping the right product. In case we ever make a mistake, we offer a full refund for product cost and shipping cost within 30 days if:

  • incorrect product was shipped
  • product was defective in any way

To process refund please email with issue details.

To ensure that your request is complete, please include:

  1. Order number
  2. Attach an image of the product and/or the defect because of which you are requesting refund

After sending the email, you will receive a confirmation that we received your request within 2 business days. We investigate the matter and let you know at the most within 10 business days about the result of the investigation.

Please note:

We are unable to process a refund if you made a mistake in ordering the right product. To ensure the highest quality and customer safety, we do not re-sell any customer returns. We destroy any products returned to us, even if they are unopened.
